EcoMerseyside work with a number of Installers on a Nationwide basis, to help satisfy future EPC requirements in the Private Rental Sector.

From 2028 for all new Tenancies (2030 for existing ones), all Rental Properties must carry an EPC Certificate of C or above. EcoMerseyside use Government Grants to arrange initial Surveys, Recommendations and carry out the necessary Measures required at no cost to the Landlord.

The Measures include Insulation, Boilers and Heating Controls. Where applicable, Renewables can be fitted to further satisfy future requirements.
