
Arley Hall and Gardens will host its Festively Floral Movie Magic event from December 4 to 8, inviting visitors to explore rooms creatively decorated with fresh flowers and foliage, each inspired by a classic Christmas film.
The decorations are designed and installed by local florists and horticultural colleges using materials sourced from the Arley gardens.
“See The Hall and chapel creatively decorated with fresh flowers and foliage from the Arley gardens by local florists and Horticultural colleges.,” a spokesman for Arley Hall said.
“This year each room will depict a Christmas movie.”
Visitors will also be treated to live choir performances in the chapel each day, with sessions running from 11am to 11.45am and again from 2pm to 2.45pm.
Tickets include entry into Festively Floral – Movie Magic in the Hall, full access to the formal gardens, grove and woodland, chapel, café, toilets and free parking.
A festive shopping experience will be available from December 4 to 7, organised by Creative Crafts, and the Arley Christmas pop-up shop will remain open for the duration of the event.
The Cruck Barn will feature Christmas trees decorated by pupils from local schools.
The Gardener’s Kitchen Café will serve hot food throughout the event, including soup, sandwiches, and a traditional Christmas lunch.
Pre-booked tickets are priced at £15 for adults, £6.50 for children aged four to 16, and £40 for a family of two adults and three children.
Tickets purchased on the day will cost £20 for adults, £10 for children, and £55 for families.
Annual pass holders and Historic House members can attend for free.
Group bookings of 15 or more people are available at £14 per person.
